Does Apache Shores have contractor hours?

Yes.
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm,
Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,
No work on Sunday

Are the Board of Directors paid a salary?

Directors as such shall not receive any salary or compensation for their services, other than reimbursement of expenses incurred on Association business and approved by the Board of Directors.

Who may vote at a Annual or Special Meeting of the Membership?

Any Member who have paid their annual maintenance fees and all other fees owed, prior to the payment deadline, and who have been certified as eligible to vote in the ASPOA elections shall be allowed to cast their vote.

When is the annual meeting?

The Annual Meeting of Members shall be held during March at a date set by the Board of Directors.

What is the Designated Assessment?

In addition to the Annual Maintenance fees, the Board may propose Designated Assessments for specific purposes which must be specified and approved by a majority vote of the Board and thereafter approved by a majority vote of the Members in attendance, in person or by ballot, at an annual or special meeting of the Members.

What are the Maintenance Fees?

The annual maintenance fee as established in the Deed Restrictions states: Each lot owner shall be subject to an annual maintenance fee of $35.00, which each lot owner agrees to pay to the Apache Shores Property Owners Association annually by the first day of March.

If I am a renter can I use the amenities?

Yes, if you are a renter and would like to get a pool key, boat launch permit or rent the Community Hall you will need to have your landlord fill out the Apache Shores Amenities User Rights Form.
The User Rights form can be downloaded off this website or you can pick up a copy at the office located at 14919 General Williamson.
The Amenities User Rights form transfers all rights to use the amenities from your landlord to the tenants on the indicated property.

How do I rent the Community Hall?

The Community Hall may be rented by a member in good standing. An application, which can be downloaded from this website or picked up at the office located at 14919 General Williamson Drive needs to filled out and returned to the office.
There is a $250.00 security deposit and a daily fee of $100.00. Hourly rates are also available.
To be guaranteed that the date you are requesting is reserved, you will need to bring in the security deposit check to the office.
Payment accepted in a check or money order we do not accept cash.

How do I get a boat launch sticker?

An application, which you can download off this website or picked up at the ASPOA office located at 14919 General Williamson needs to be filled out and returned to the office.
You will need to be a member in good standing, have a valid picture ID, a copy of the boat registration, and the license plate number of the trailer. ID and registration must match the member's name.
There is a $35.00 fee. An additional two (2) stickers are available to the member for $10.00 each, all the above criteria must be met.
Guest passes valid for one (1) week are also available for $10.00 with a limit of four (4) per year.
Payment accepted in check or money order we do not accept cash.

How do I get a pool key?

An application, which you can either download off this website or picked up at the Apache Shores office located at 14919 General Williamson needs to be filled out and returned to the office.
You will need to be a member in good standing and there is a $40.00 fee.
Payment accepted in cash or money orders, we do not accept cash.

The ASPOA on-site office hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00 am to 12:00 (Noon) and 2:00 to 5:00 pm
Thursday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
